Return, Replace and Cancellation Policy
At OneForMe.in, we take great pride in offering thoughtfully designed stationery and gift items. Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Items must be returned in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for the following:
Products marked as Final Sale, Non-returnable, or Custom/Personalized Items
Gift cards or vouchers
Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused during delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Wait for our team to approve and guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered, damaged product), we will arrange a free reverse pickup and bear all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, not satisfied), the customer will be responsible for sending the product back to our warehouse. Return shipping cost is non-refundable in such cases.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment (UPI/Bank/Credit/Debit).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide bank account details.
6. Replacements
If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the issue and receiving the delivered product.
Replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a full refund or store credit.
7. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer product exchanges unless there is a defect or shipping error.
For preference-based changes (color/design), please initiate a return and place a new order.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch (usually within 12 hours of placing the order).
To cancel, contact us via phone or email as soon as possible.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.

Only after receiving a confirmation and return approval from our team should the item be shipped back to us.
Any products returned without prior approval may be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
