At OneForMe.in, we are committed to delivering your favorite products safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we manage the shipping process and what you can expect once you place an order with us.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If there is a delay in processing due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email or phone.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery is typically completed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and shipping partner logistics.

  • For remote or non-metro areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 may incur a standard shipping fee of ₹49.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee of ₹30 may apply.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order status via the “Track Order” section on our website or directly through our logistics partner's website.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reputed national and regional courier services to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Our primary logistics partners include:

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Blue Dart

  • India Post (for remote areas)

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before it is returned to our warehouse.

  • If you miss all delivery attempts, please contact us promptly to arrange for redelivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In rare cases, if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • We will notify you and offer the option to reship (shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund (excluding original shipping and COD charges).

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. International Shipping

Currently, OneForMe.in ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
